Bubba Watson will make the NBA Celebrity game


Bubba Watson will somehow make his hoop dreams a reality on Friday.

And he won't even have to withdraw from the Genesis Open to do it.

The golfer - who will open the second round 3-under and in the hunt - said (we're not sure if it was jokingly or not) that he'd take himself out of the PGA Tour stop at Riviera to make it to the NBA All-Star Celebrity game, where he'll play at the Staples Center later on Friday.

His tee time will help:

That's 7:32 a.m. in Calfornia with the game tipping off at 4 p.m. PST. Plus, there won't be any concern about the weather:
