Mikaela Shiffrin tweets photo from 4th-place finish

Mikaela Shiffrin's fourth place finish in the slalom was surprising as its a race she has an Olympic gold medal and three world championships in. Her whole Olympics have been a little different than she planned as high winds and a compressed schedule means she had to pull out of the Super-G.

So even with a gold medal, Shiffin shared some introspective thoughts about the Olympic experience.

Shiffrin still has the downhill and combined races happening later next week.
