Fairfield coach tearfully embraces leading scorer


Tyler Nelson and the Fairfield Stags fell just short of a MAAC title and a trip to the NCAA Tournament, but they'll have an emotional moment to remember for a long time.

When Nelson came off the floor in the waning seconds of Monday's championship game against Iona, the Stags' all-time leading scorer came over to Sydney Johnson, and the coach cried as he hugged the senior guard:
