Jacked Big 12 ref is now buffest ref in football

With the retirement of longtime NFL referee Ed Hochuli, football fans will miss his outrageously over-explained calls and his biceps.

But football won't be without a super jacked referee - the community is just down to one.

Big 12 referee Mike Defee became an internet sensation during the Alabama-Clemson 2017 CFP title game when fans could not stop looking at his absurdly jacked arms.

He was dubbed "Beef Ref," and the nickname followed Defee into the 2017 season.

The dude is very jacked, as refs should be.

Just remember when you're watching football in the fall and feeling the void left by Hochuli's departure, there's another buff ref out there. His name is Mike Defee, and he hasn't left us.
