St. Bonaventure comically fails to score off putbacks
Davidson had a 37-31 lead over St. Bonaventure at halftime in the Atlantic 10 tournament semifinals, but the craziest/weirdest/most absurd play of the first half was when the Bonnies looked more like they were playing volleyball with the backboard than trying to actually score a basket.
With a little more than five minutes left before the break, St. Bonaventure needed six attempts - they're all not really shots - to score: the initial shot, four failed putbacks and eventually resetting and scoring off a lay-up from Izaiah Brockington.
This is either an incredible effort or a truly terrible effort - you be the judge.
Thanks to ESPN, here's how ridiculous the play-by-play of this moment looks:

Good thing they eventually scored, but regardless if they win or lose, someone should probably remind them how to properly execute a rebound and putback sequence.
