See the game-winner that sent Loyola-Chicago to the Sweet 16
No. 11 seed Loyola-Chicago stunned No. 3 Tennessee in the second round of the NCAA tournament on Saturday. The Ramblers' Clayton Custer drilled the game-winner with 3.6 seconds left to win, 63-62.
It took a bounce before dropping through the net that will have you holding your breath even while watching this replay - what a finish.
It had to be the prayers of the team chaplain Sister Jean that helped that one go in, right?
"I don't always say this, but I gotta give glory to God on that one," Custer said on TNT after the game. "I gave my whole heart and soul into this game … to get that bounce on that shot, it makes all those hours in the gym worth it. I cannot believe that just happened."
The Ramblers are now heading to the Sweet 16 for the first time since 1985. They'll either face No. 2 Cincinnati or No. 7 Nevada.
