Eliminated poker player has awkward exit
When you're eliminated from a poker tournament, you probably just want to leave the table in a dignified manner and slink away to think about how you could have played better.
This poker pro wasn't so fortunate, at least just for a second or two.
During a Party Poker event in Barcelona, Kamal Bejjani had Ace-Queen and was raised all-in by Juan Pardo Dominguez, who had 8-6 of diamonds. Bejjani called and watched as 3-5-J came out. But two of those cards were diamonds.
The turn? A Queen of diamonds, giving Dominguez a flush. But a friend of Bejjani thought he had a winning hand with a pair of Queens. Then, after going in for a high five, he realized what happened:
Awkward! Hopefully they had a laugh about it.
