Patriots fan has '28-3' sign at Boston Marathon

Apologies in advance to Atlanta Falcons fans, but even they would admit this is the perfect sign for the Boston Marathon:

Why is it so good? Obviously, people in Boston will get the reference, but more importantly, it's a reminder to never give up even when it feels like you're down, that you too can make a comeback and win.

Or it's just that 28-3 will never die and that dude just wanted to troll the Falcons once again.
