Liverpool's Salah ties Premier League record with 31st goal
Liverpool star Mohamed Salah is on the verge of breaking the Premier League scoring record for most goals in a season. On Saturday at The Hawthorns, Salah gave Liverpool a 2-0 lead over West Brom with a chip over goalkeeper Ben Foster.
The goal was Salah's 31st of the season in the Premier League, making him just the fourth player to ever score 31 in the 38-game season. Salah has three games left to break the record.
Shearer, for one, is rooting for Salah.
Unfortunately for Liverpool, West Brom - the worst team in the league - scored two goals in the closing minutes to earn a point.
