Bartolo Colon: Belly blocked impact of line drive
Ouch!
Bartolo Colon stopped a line drive clocked, according to MLB.com at 102 mph, with his body in the Rangers 5-1 win over the Marlins on Wednesday.
Seriously, ouch.
But, he told reporters after the game, it didn't hurt that badly and was just glad he was able to get the out.
"It hit me more on the side than in the middle. I have a lot of big belly, so I can take it."
