Fan in trouble with wife over interference
It's natural to try to make a play for a souvenir coming your way, but an Astros fan sitting along the right field line Friday night likely cost his team a run by reaching down from his seat and blocking a hard hit ball into the corner. With the game tied at one and runners on first and second with one out, Tony Kemp laced a ball that landed well inside the line and looked like a potential triple - until this Astros fan tried to snag the ball with his glove.
Due to the interference, Kemp was held at second on a ground rule double, and the Astros only took a 1-run lead as a result. Fortunately for Houston, George Springer drove in the man on third later in the inning, and the Astros went on to win 4-1. Kemp joked about the incident on Twitter after the game.
