Lance Bass: Shaq was actually helped *NSYNC

Wait, was Google actually right about Shaquille O'Neal being a member of *NSYNC?

No, but it turns out Shaq was an important part of the boy band's history. Here's what ex-NSYNCer Lance Bass told TMZ Sports:

"A lot of people don't know, Shaquille had a big hand in starting our career. We lived in Orlando and our first place that we recorded at was his house. All of our first demos and first songs were all from Shaq's house. So yeah, he had a hand in creating us. Maybe that's why it's on Google."

He mentioned the studio had a bunch of Superman logos, which checks out - the mansion Shaq is saying bye, bye, bye to is full of Man of Steel symbols.
