Liverpool star Salah suffers injury

Mohamed Salah was forced to leave the Champions League final in the 31st minute Saturday with a shoulder injury. Salah, who announced himself as one of the world's elite players in a phenomenal breakout season, went down hard on a tackle by Real Madrid's Sergio Ramos.

Salah was in tears on the pitch in Kiev, and was subbed off for Adam Lallana.

Depending on the severity of the injury, Salah's first World Cup appearance next month for Egypt could also be affected.

Real Madrid's Dani Carvajal was also forced to leave the game later in the first half with an injury.
