Smith joked about last year's 'Cavs in 7' tweet

Exactly a year ago, the Cleveland Cavaliers fell down 3-0 in their NBA Finals series with the Warriors, and J.R. Smith's Twitter account posted the ultimate guarantee:

"Cavs in 7."

Smith claimed that he was hacked. The Cavaliers would lose the series in five games.

On Wednesday, the Cavs again fell down 3-0 in their series with the Warriors. This time, there was no "Cavs in 7" tweet, but Smith joked Thursday that he wanted to tweet it.

Smith said:

"I was about to do it myself, but I decided it probably wasn't the best time to do it."

Even after his Game 1 blunder, that would have been a legendary tweet. No NBA team has won a series after trailing 3-0.
