Hornets rookie tried to pull off ridiculous off-the-backboard dunk

Hornets rookie Miles Bridges attempted to pull off what would've been the best dunk of NBA Summer League and could've maybe been the best dunk of the year.

Bridges went from a behind-the-back crossover to a spin move, and while he was spinning, he tossed the ball up to try the off-the-backboard dunk that you usually only see in the All-Star Game ( or, if you're LeBron James,in the NBA Finals).

Bridges can finish dunks too, though.

Maybe one day he'll get that wild off-the-backboard dunk down.
