Kate Upton, Justin Verlander are having a baby

Houston Astros pitcher Justin Verlander and Kate Upton are expecting their first child, the model announced on Instagram on Saturday. She simply captioned her post:

#PregnantinMiami @justinverlander ❤

The superstar couple got married last year in Italy last year, following Verlander and the Astros' World Series victory.

Recently, Houston's ace became a seven-time All-Star going into Tuesday's Midsummer Classic, but he is not expected to pitch because he is on the mound for the Astros on Sunday against his longtime former team, the Detroit Tigers.
