Philly replays Super Bowl after World Cup party
Just as thousands of fans attended watch parties in the parks and squares of Paris and Zagreb for Sunday's World Cup final, the city of Philadelphia held its own event.
South Street was blocked off for fans to watch France's eventual 4-2 win over Croatia, and when the game ended, the watch party continued.
The big screen just switched to a replay of the Eagles' Super Bowl win over the Patriots, and the remaining fans cheered on the action like it was happening live.
When it came time for the Philly Special, the handful of fans on South Street went wild.
Who cares that the play happened five months ago? Certainly not those Eagles fans.
