Ronaldo has physical capacity of a 20-year-old
Cristiano Ronaldo is 33 years old, and you've probably noticed that the man is in pretty good shape.
At times, it doesn't even look like Ronaldo has aged in the past decade. And according to Juventus' team doctors, the Portuguese star basically hasn't.
Juventus released the results of Ronaldo's physical this week after the $110 million move from Real Madrid. It turned out the Ronaldo has the physical capacity of a 20-year-old. Again, he's 33. Age really is just a number for Ronaldo.
Via The Independent:
The medical found that Ronaldo has just seven per cent body fat - which is around three per cent less than the average professional.
His muscle mass meanwhile stands at 50 per cent, again higher than the average professional player, this time by around four per cent.
And finally, the top sprint speed he recorded at the World Cup - 21.1 mph, a result he replicated during his medical - was quicker than any other player at the tournament.
I guess he's in decent shape.

Ronaldo will turn 34 in February, technically.
