Carmelo Anthony apologized to OKC for not winning title
Now that Carmelo Anthony is going to join the Houston Rockets, after being traded from the Thunder to the Hawks, then released by Atlanta, the 10-time All-Star wrote a thank you letter to Oklahoma City that was published by The Oklahoman.
Anthony thanked the franchise, the team and the fans for all of their support, and he also apologized to the city.
"I wanted nothing more than to make it work here and help bring this city a championship," he wrote. "I'm sorry it didn't work out while I was there."

Next Anthony will be trying to win a title with Chris Paul and James Harden.
Both Paul and Harden have already warmly welcomed Anthony via social media.
