Minor leaguers with same name are doppelgangers

Rangers beat writer Levi Weaver made one of the weirder discoveries we'll see all baseball season. Seriously, it's crazy.

The Texas Rangers have a pitcher in their minor league system who goes by the name Brady Feigl. The Oakland Athletics also have a pitcher in their minor league system who goes by the name Brady Feigl.

Now, that in itself would be quite the coincidence - two guys with the same, unique names both becoming professional baseball players. But the story got even crazier. This is what they both look like:

We're supposed to believe that these are two different people, and they are! They were born five years apart (both on the 27th of a month). They are both listed at 6-foot-4 and even wear the same style of glasses. They're both pitchers.

When Feigl was pitching for Ole Miss, the official account for Ole Miss even tagged the wrong Feigl before making the same discovery.

@ bmfeigl @ bfeigl39 Well….this is awkward. Our bad. https://t.co/Z1cE2Oz7vw-

I just hope these two end up on the same team one day because baseball needs that kind of insanity.
