Trailer for 'Tom vs. Time' epilogue hints at QB's new mindset

Tom Brady, according to a trailer for the epilogue of Tom vs. Time, spent the offseason doing something that he hasn't done in a long time: Taking a break.

This break apparently includes a trip to Doha, Qatar with his family and also running through the sand on the beach for drills. The full episode airs on Wednesday on Facebook Watch. And some very serious thinking.

"If I'm going to do something at this point, it's going to be because I enjoy it," he says. "It's (expletive) going to be hard to do. I think it's going to be very hard to do."

Series creator and Brady friend Gotham Chopra told For The Win earlier this year that there was a "different energy" to the quarterback this offseason. "This is the culmination of two highly emotionally charged seasons, I think he's thinking about it in a different way than he has before," he said in March.

Chopra told SI's MMQB this week that the epilogue answers the question of if there will be a second season of the series (no.) He added that when he met up with Brady, it was clear he was returning to the Patriots for his 19th NFL season.
