New York Giants win Week 1 of Fan Index
We asked NFL fans to identify the top breakout star this season, and the Pro Football Fan Index voters have spoken. The New York Giants prevailed in Week 1, making Saquon Barkley the hottest young star in the NFL.
Barkley has been a valuable weapon for the Giants as a runner and a receiver through four weeks. Barkley had a 100-yard rushing day in his first career game, and followed up that performance by hauling in 14 receptions in Week 2. Through four games, Barkley has 260 rushing yards, 193 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
