Red Sox first baseman shakes off scary crash
With the Red Sox holding on to a two-run lead in the seventh inning of Wednesday night's Game 4 of the ALCS, first baseman Steve Pearce gave everything he had while trying to chase down a foul ball.
And it almost cost him a lot as he flipped over the fence in front of the Astros dugout and then seemed to land on his head/neck before falling on to his back:
Pearce was somehow not injured, however, and quickly got up and ran back to his position.
Which is great because that didn't look too good at all when it happened.
