UFC fighter Sage Northcutt is a freak of an athlete who is also in freakishly good shape.

And while the 22-year-old welterweight who's won three straight fights is seemingly always working out, he also likes to have some fun, too.

For instance, check out this wild flip he pulled off during a workout this weekend:

Yup, that wouldn't go well for us at all if we were every crazy enough to try to pull it off.
