Rocket Mortgage Classic live blog: Updates from second round of PGA Tour event in Detroit

The PGA Tour returns to Michigan for the first time in a decade for the inaugural Rocket Mortgage Classic at Detroit Golf Club.

Nate Lashley carded an opening-round 63 with nine birdies on Thursday to lead by two strokes entering the second round. Lashley, the World No. 353, sits one stroke ahead of Ryan Armour and Nick Watney in second place headed into Friday's action.

But the action is heating up Friday during the second round with some pretty low scores on the course. Cam Champ was 8-under par on his first nine holes Friday. Stay tuned here to see how he wraps up his round.
