Golf's second major is almost here and the 2025 PGA Championship is shaping up to be just as exciting as last year when Xander Schauffele overtook Bryson DeChambeau with a birdie on the final hole of the tournament to win the Wannamaker Trophy.

The biggest names from the PGA Tour and LIV Golf are all contenders this week at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina, with defending Masters champion Rory McIlroy, Scottie Scheffler and DeChambeau among the favorites. First-round action is slated to tee off on Thursday, May 15 and the final round will conclude on Mother's Day.

Quail Hollow also hosted the 2017 PGA Championship won by Justin Thomas and has been a regular stop on the PGA Tour over the past two decades. This year's field also features notable exemptions handed out by the PGA of America to Dustin Johnson and Rickie Fowler.
