The 2025 British Open, the final men's major championship of the year, and the world's best golfers are set to tee off in less than 24 hours at Royal Portrush in Northern Ireland.
The tee times for the tournament have been announced, and the first group will include some notable players. The first round on Thursday will kick off early, featuring defending champion Xander Schauffele, U.S. Open champion J.J. Spaun, and Jon Rahm. The competition is set to be fierce as they are followed by World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler, Collin Morikawa, and Shane Lowry, the 2019 British Open champion.
The late morning group, a highly anticipated trio of Justin Thomas, Tommy Fleetwood, and Rory McIlroy, is set to draw all eyes. McIlroy, in particular, is on a quest for his second major of the year and the chance of winning the Claret Jug in his home country.
