2025 Open Championship tee times, groupings for Round 1 at Royal Portrush

It's a homecoming for 2025 Masters champion Rory McIlroy as the Open Championship returns to Royal Portrush in Northern Ireland.

The five-time major champion hasn't won the Open in over a decade, and to make matters even worse, the last time this event was held at Royal Portrush (2019), McIlroy missed the cut entirely. Irishman Shane Lowry went on to win the event.

The 2025 competition will surely be tough as the best golfers in the world, including World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler, are all in search of a win in the final major of the year.
