Dog attracts dozens to Miller Park
MILWAUKEE (AP) — It isn't a star player that has drawn dozens of Milwaukee Brewers fans to Miller Park before the crack of dawn.
In fact, it's a meet-and-greet for the team's adopted pooch. It's the first public appearance for Hank since he was brought to Milwaukee from spring training on Sunday. The curly-haired lap dog is wearing his signature jersey for his appearance early Tuesday.
Some Hank-themed merchandise is on sale with 20 percent of proceeds going to the Wisconsin Humane Society. Any donated dog toys will go to area shelters.
