Derek Jeter starts final All-Star Game, at 8 ET on Fox
The 85th Major League Baseball All-Star Game is set for tonight at Target Field in Minneapolis.
And in a nod to the New York Yankee captain, Derek Jeter will get the start at shortstop and hit leadoff in his 14th and final All-Star Game. On the mound, the St. Louis Cardinals' Adam Wainwright will start for the National League and Felix Hernandez of the Seattle Mariners will start for the American League.
For the 12th season, the winner of the Midsummer Classic gets home field advantage in the World Series.
First pitch is slated for 8:16 ET, on Fox.
