MLB playoff picture: Updated look at division, wild card races

With just more than two weeks remaining, the Boston Red Sox are the only team to officially punch their ticket to the postseason. 

The Red Sox still have work to do to clinch the American League East, although that, like most of the AL races, seems only a matter of time.

There's considerably more drama remaining in the National League, with all three divisions very much in play.

Here's a look at the playoff picture as of today and the teams' playoff chances, according to Fangraphs:

American League 

East: Boston Red Sox (101-47, clinched at least wild card)
Central: Cleveland Indians (82-65)
West: Houston Astros (92-55)
