Already hit hard by injuries, the New York Yankees are holding their breath with their biggest star.
Aaron Judge left Thursday's game early against the Texas Rangers, exiting in the fourth inning. He was replaced in right field by Oswaldo Cabrera. The Yankees announced he was pulled due to "right hip discomfort."
Judge had an awkward head-first slide on Wednesday night, but stayed in that game. He said afterward that he was fine, and was good enough to start on Thursday.
Already without multiple starters in Carlos Rodon and Luis Severino to go along with Giancarlo Stanton, the Yankees can certainly not afford to lose Judge.
