Before the wins and losses start getting tracked, spring training offers fans their first opportunities to see their favorite players in the new year. Old faces in new places, young prospects expected to break out, and hidden gems that experts are overlooking, all of that and more will be on display during Cactus and Grapefruit League play.

Of course, games will be available for fans to watch through MLB Network, but nothing beats going down to the ballpark. The local feel of spring training stadiums adds a sense of proximity to the game like nothing else can. We're only a week away from the action. So, for anyone interested in attending, here is a full breakdown of the spring training locations and schedules.

When does spring training start?

Spring training kicks off on Thursday, Feb. 20 at 3:05 p.m. ET with a showdown between the Chicago Cubs and Los Angeles Dodgers. The final day of spring training will be Tuesday, March 25.

The Spring Breakout showcase will take place from March 13 to March 16 at various Cactus and Grapefruit League ballparks.
