2025 MLB Cy Young odds and predictions: Who will win the coveted award in 2025?

Predicting Cy Young Award winners is a tall task, not for the light-hearted. Last year, everyone predicted that Detroit Tigers star Tarik Skubal would take a step forward. No one expected him to burst into a Cy Young winner though. At the same time, everyone expected Atlanta Braves southpaw Chris Sale to have bounce back season after injury-riddled campaigns in 2021, 2022, and 2023. But everyone also assumed his best days were behind him. Then, they both go out and win Triple Crowns in their respective leagues. Who could've seen that coming?
Now, in 2025, it appears we've not yet learned our lesson as dozens of MLB experts are tempting fate, testing their hubris, and calling their shots as to who the best pitchers in the American and National Leagues will be. We can only assume it will be someone entirely unexpected though.
As the 2025 season begins, here are the latest odds for the AL and NL Cy Young Awards, provided by BetMGM, as well as predictions for each award from our collection of experts.
