San Francisco Giants CEO Larry Baer won't face charges over a public altercation he had with his wife that was caught on video.

The San Francisco district attorney's office has determined that the available evidence doesn't support filing criminal charges over the March 1 incident, a spokesman told the San Francisco Chronicle.

Baer took a leave of absence from the Giants shortly after the video became public. In it, he and his wife Pam were seen arguing about a phone before a struggle occurred and he knocked her to the ground

A short video showing part of the altercation was published later that day by TMZ Sports.

Attorneys for both Larry and Pam Baer have said the incident was an accident.

Although no criminal charges will be issued, Major League Baseball has also launched an investigation and could still levy punishment against Baer for his actions.
