Detroit Tigers' stars of future to play in 4 games on FanDuel Sports Network Detroit

The future stars of the Detroit Tigers will be playing on your smart TV this month.
FanDuel Sports Network Detroit — the Tigers' broadcast partner — will air four games in August featuring the organization's Double-A affiliate, the Erie SeaWolves, with the first game taking place on Thursday, Aug. 7, at 6 p.m. ET on the FanDuel Sports Network app.
The SeaWolves, who were the Eastern League Southwest division champions in the first half of the year, are 61-40 overall and will take on the Richmond Flying Squirrels in the first televised game on Thursday.
The SeaWolves feature many of the top prospects in the Tigers' organization, including shortstop Kevin McGonigle, MLB's No. 1 overall prospect according to FanGraphs and Baseball America. The team also features outfielder Max Clark, the organization's No. 2 prospect according to MLB Pipeline, and catchers Josue Briceño and Thayron Liranzo, who rank at No. 4 and No. 5, respectively.
The next broadcast will come as part of a scheduled doubleheader against the Hartford Yard Goats on Wednesday, Aug. 20, with the first game at 4:30 p.m. ET and the second game at 7:30 p.m. ET. The fourth streamed game will be on Thursday, Aug. 21, against the Yard Goats.
All four streamed games are SeaWolves home games and will be played at UPMC Park in Erie, Pennsylvania.
For those of you wondering whether the SeaWolves will play as the Moon Mammoths on those days, the answer is unfortunately no. The Moon Mammoth moniker made its debut on July 19 and will show up next on Aug. 19, one day before the Aug. 20 broadcast.
