NASCAR race winners at Homestead-Miami Speedway
Homestead-Miami Speedway hosted its first NASCAR Cup race in 1999, though it had been used in the Nationwide and Truck series since 1995.
Beginning in 2002, the 1.5-mile track about 30 miles south of Miami, became the site of the season finale in NASCAR's premier series. In 1999 and 2000, Homestead hosted the 33rd race of a 34-race season. In 2001, the track hosted the 34th race of a 36-race season.
