How to vote for NASCAR's most popular driver

DARLINGTON, S.C. -- After a long wait, the 2015 National Motorsports Press Association Sprint Most Popular Driver award will open Sunday at 12:01 a.m. Eastern time.
This year's voting is more condensed than in years past -- fans have just two and a half months to vote -- but it's unlikely to change the outcome.
Dale Earnhardt Jr. remains the heavy favorite after winning it for 12 straight years and is closing in on NASCAR Hall of Famer Bill Elliott, who won it 16 times.
Fans can vote for the award in two ways: On mostpopulardriver.com and via the NASCAR Mobile app. Voting is limited to one vote per person per day. Voting closes at 11:59 p.m. ET on Nov. 22.
There are 41 drivers eligible for the award, which represents all drivers who have declared for Sprint Cup Series points this season.
The winner of the award will be announced Dec. 4 in Las Vegas during the annual postseason banquet.
