Daytona 500: John Cena ready for pace car duty

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – You "can’t see" John Cena when he wrestles in the WWE.
But Cena said you will be able to see him while driving the pace car before Sunday’s Daytona 500.
“For my cloak of invisibility, I have installed a brilliant series of lights on top of the high-performing Toyota Camry that I’ll be driving today,” he said. “Those lights will be on and I will use those to pace the Daytona 500. They will see me today, my friend. They will see me!”
Cena, a self-described “car freak,” said he was honored and humbled to be considered for the honor. He’s friends with driver Carl Edwards and said he’d like to see the Daytona 500 end with a backflip from Edwards.
The 15-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion/actor/pace car driver was asked if he was more nervous at Wrestlemania, driving the Daytona 500 pace car or being naked in front of Amy Schumer during filming of the movie Trainwreck.
“Easily (Daytona) because I know the honor and tradition of what’s at stake,” he said. “I was born naked, so being naked is just the way I was born. And I’m comfortable in the ring, whether it’s five people or 100,000 people.”
