Hendrick Motorsports teammates Chase Elliott and Dale Earnhardt Jr. have already secured their starting positions for the 2017 Daytona 500, but the rest of the field must wait until the Can-Am Duel at Daytona to find out where they will line up.

Elliott will start on the Daytona 500 pole after posting the fastest time in Sunday's qualifying, and Earnhardt Jr. will start alongside him on the front row after posting the second-fastest time.

Each will also start on the pole for one of two 150-mile duel races Thursday at Daytona International Speedway (7 p.m. ET, Fox Sports 1). The lineup for the duel races are based on speeds from Sunday's pole qualifying.
