NASCAR All-Star Race 2017: Start time, TV, segments and entries

Here is some essential information you need to get ready for Saturday night's NASCAR All-Star Race and its qualifying companion, the Monster Energy Open, at Charlotte Motor Speedway:
TV/RADIO/STREAMING: Fox Sports 1 will televise both events and Motor Racing Network and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio will broadcast the races on the radio. Fox is offering a live stream through its Fox Sports Go app.
MONSTER ENERGY OPEN
The field is comprised of drivers who were not automatically locked into the Monster Energy NASCAR All-Star Race. Three drivers plus the winner of the fan vote will transfer into the All-Star Race from the Open.
START TIME: Drivers will be instructed to start their engines at 6:07 p.m. ET Saturday, followed by the green flag at 6:15 p.m. ET.
SEGMENTS: Stage 1: 20 laps; Stage 2: 20 laps; Stage 3: 10 laps. Each of the three stage winners earns an berth in the All-Star Race. No regular-season points are awarded.

MONSTER ENERGY NASCAR ALL-STAR RACE
Sixteen drivers earned automatic entry into the All-Star Race. Drivers who have won a points event in either 2016 or 2017 are eligible as are drivers who have won a previous All-Star Race or a NASCAR Cup Series championship and compete full time this season.
START TIME: Drivers will be instructed to start their engines at 8:07 p.m. ET Saturday, followed by the green flag at 8:16 p.m. ET (barring delays in the Open).
SEGMENTS: Stage 1: 20 laps; Stage 2: 20 laps; Stage 3: 20 laps; Stage 4: 10 laps. No regular-season points are awarded.
LAST YEAR: Joey Logano won the race ahead of Team Penske teammate Brad Keselowski. Dale Earnhardt Jr., Carl Edwards and Kurt Busch rounded out the top five.
