2013 NBA Finals: 5 key points from Game 3

Five things you should know from the San Antonio Spurs' 113-77 win over the Miami Heat in Game 3 of the NBA Finals:

• If the Finals ended after three games, Danny Green would be series MVP. He's averaging 18.7 points a game while shooting 63.3% from the field and an incredible 69.6% on 7.7 three-point attempts a game. In Game 3, he shot 7-for-9 from long range and led all scorers with 27 points. When asked whether he ever saw himself outscoring former Cleveland Cavaliers teammate LeBron James in an NBA Finals game, Green said he "never thought in a million years" that he would.

• James was atrocious from the field, shooting 7-for-21 and finishing with 15 points. He settled too often for jump shots and was hesitant to attack the basket all night, even though it was where he was most effective. He shot 5-for-7 inside the restricted area and 2-for-14 from the rest of the floor.

• Gary Neal almost doubled his previous playoff career high. His 24 points (including 6-for-10 from three-point range) set a new personal best, easily eclipsing his previous high of 14.

• Tony Parker left the game with a hamstring injury in the second half. After being examined in the locker room, he will have an MRI on Wednesday. "Hopefully it's nothing big," Parker said.

• After winning Game 3, the Spurs lead 2-1. In 25 Finals games in franchise history, they have never trailed in a series.
