John Wall says Kyrie Irving leading him in All-Star votes is 'a joke'

Washington Wizards point guard John Wall is trailing Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving in Eastern Conference All-Star votes, and he isn't too happy about it.
Wall, who ranks second in the NBA in assists per game with 9.7 and sixth in steals with 2.1, has carried the Wizards this season. He's also averaging 19.5 points, 4.1 rebounds, and has notched 15 double doubles.
Irving, on the other hand, has played three games so far this season since returning from injury, and has averaged 10.0 points, 3.3 assists, 1.7 rebounds, and 1.0 steals in those contests.
"It's a joke," Wall said according to CSN Mid-Atlantic. "I played like [expletive] the first month and a half but I still was averaging like 16 and eight. That's not bad numbers."
Wall has turned his game up another level this month, increasing his averages to 22.8 points and 11.8 assists (both top three numbers amongst point guards).
"I guess it's the record," Wall continued to tell CSN (Cavaliers lead the East at 19-9). "No offense Kyrie, he's played (three) games. If he was healthy he probably would be in that position because he'd be playing well. I can see him there because that's how talented he is."
Both of the players are elite point guards in their own right, but Wall has been the better player this season, based strictly on sample size.
