Russell Westbrook, Kevin Durant ignore each other before, after game

For the past four months, the NBA world has anxiously awaited this moment. Western Conference finals rematch. Golden State Warriors vs. Oklahoma City Thunder. Kevin Durant vs. Russell Westbrook.

Will they hug it out before the opening tip and silence the narrative of their alleged beef? Will they ignore each other and focus strictly on the task at hand?

The former teammates, facing off for the first time since Durant joined the Warriors in free agency on July 4, went with the latter. No handshake. No hug. No interaction whatsoever.

Strictly business.

After the game, which the Warriors won handily, 122-96, behind Durant's game-high 39 points, it was more of the same from the two superstars once known as the NBA's most dynamic duo. Westbrook went one way, Durant went the other.

The two teams won't meet again until Jan. 18.
