The Cleveland Cavaliers are sending Richard Jefferson, Kay Felder and two future second round picks and cash to the Atlanta Hawks for the draft rights to Dimitrios Agravanis and Sergii Gladyr, a person with knowledge of the situation confirmed to Paste BN Sports.

The person requested anonymity because the trade wasn't yet official.

The Hawks are expected to waive both Jefferson and Felder. The Cavs save more than $12 million in luxury tax with the deal. Jefferson was set to make $2.5 million this season and Felder's salary was $1.3 million.

Discussions of a deal were first reported by The Vertical.

The deal helps the Cavs get to 15 guys on the roster ahead of Tuesday's opening night against the Boston Celtics.
