Grizzlies vs. Thunder in 2025 NBA playoffs: Schedule, dates, series odds

The 2025 NBA playoffs are here, and the top-seeded Oklahoma City Thunder will face the Memphis Grizzlies in the first round, a best-of-seven series starting Sunday.
The Thunder, led by MVP front-runner Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, is currently leading the league in scoring with an average of 32.7 points per game. Last year, the Thunder secured the top seed in the Western Conference but were eliminated by the Dallas Mavericks in the second round. With a mostly healthy roster, they are aiming for a better outcome this season. Notable players Jalen Williams and Jaylin Williams are considered day-to-day and will be game-time decisions for Game 1.
The Grizzlies' road to the playoffs was challenging. They initially lost 121-116 to the Golden State Warriors in the Play-In Tournament opener. To secure the No. 8 seed, the Grizzlies went on to defeat the Dallas Mavericks, 120-106, allowing them to advance to the NBA playoffs. Ja Morant, who has been nursing a sprained right ankle, excelled for the Grizzlies, scoring 22 points and providing nine assists.
