Stephen Curry's 37 points also played a significant role in the Warriors' journey to the playoffs.
The No. 2-seeded Rockets had an impressive 2023-24 regular season with a record of 52-30. The Rockets are led by the talented young scorer Jalen Green, averaging 21 points per game. Throughout the season, Amen Thompson, a strong contender for the Defensive Player of the Year, has also shined for the Rockets and has averaged 14.1 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per game. Additionally, Alperen Sengun contributes significantly to Houston's success with an average of 19.1 points and 10.3 rebounds per game.
