Zaza Pachulia agrees to 3-year deal with Milwaukee Bucks

The Milwaukee Bucks solidified their frontcourt, reaching a three-year, $15 million dollar deal with free-agent center Zaza Pachulia, a person with direct knowledge of the agreement told Paste BN Sports.

The person requested anonymity because he was not authorized to speak publicly about the deal until the free-agent moratorium period ends on July 10.

Pachulia has spent the past eight seasons with the Atlanta Hawks and had deep ties there, which included food and beverage businesses which he opened in Atlanta.

Pachulia averaged 5.9 points and 6.5 rebounds for the Hawks last season and his season ended early when his right Achilles needed surgery.

The native of Georgia, on the Russian border, wanted to play for his country is this summer's European championship but the surgery forced him to focus on recovery and sit out the event.

Pachulia, a 10-year veteran, played for the Bucks in 2004-05.
