Milwaukee Bucks forward Jabari Parker, who missed most of last season with a knee injury, will miss at least the next three games with a sprained right foot.

Parker underwent an MRI after experiencing discomfort in his foot, and the scan revealed a sprain in his talonavicular joint in the mid-foot. He is undergoing more tests on Monday, the team said in a new release.

He will miss Milwaukee’s three-game road trip this week: Tuesday against the Washington Wizards;  Thursday against the Cleveland Cavaliers; and Saturday against the Indiana Pacers.

Parker, who tore his ACL in mid-December and missed Milwaukee’s final 57 games, rehabbed and returned to play on Nov. 4. He has been on a minutes restriction but registered a season-high in points (12) and minutes (30) in Milwaukee’s double overtime win against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday. Parker averaged 7.2 points and 3.6 rebounds and shot 48.6% from the field in five games this season.

The young and talented Bucks are 5-5 and adjusting to important players who were either not with the team last season (Greg Monroe, Greivis Vasquez) or had limited time with the team (Parker).
