NBA post-lottery mock draft: Predicting the entire first round

After last week's NBA draft lottery, we know the order that teams will make their picks. But we still have to wait a month to see who will go where.

So until draft night on June 20, we're playing general manager and predicting the first round — which, after picks 1-3, could get interesting. 

Yes, Duke star Zion Williamson is, by all accounts, headed to the New Orleans Pelicans. Murray State's Ja Morant will probably go No. 2 to the Memphis Grizzlies, followed by Duke's R.J. Barrett to the New York Knicks. But then what?
